Chakits Krulsawat jumped into the Las Vegas Real Estate scene in 2009. Having negotiated over $20 million in his first year alone, Chakits founded “The Chakits Krulsawat Group” and quickly recruited agents and assistants in order to create one of the top producing real estate teams to hit the Las Vegas valley. After two flourishing years and negotiating nearly $50 million, the Las Vegas housing market began to see devastating declines in demand and home values. In a time where most brokers / agents conceded to market conditions and closed their doors, Chakits Krulsawat began a quest to be at the forefront of what was to become a “new wave” of Real Estate. Chakits Krulsawat assisted in guiding numerous investors in obtaining hig hly sought after properties in an effort to restore their portfolios with “income producing” ventures.
